Our compost consists of materials found in the Freestate like maize stalks, wheat straw, lucerne, peanut shells, cattle manure, sheep manure, horse manure and chicken litter. An aerobic process is used when the materials are mixed and exposed to a sterilizing period of 14 days while the temperature in the compost row is kept at 70 degrees Celsius to kill any pathogens, weed seeds and other harmful diseases. Enough water and oxygen ensure a healthy environment for microbes to multiply in their millions, speeding up the composting process, producing a top quality, no odor compost.

If you want to buy a soil mix with lots of organic material  this is the preferred medium to plant trees and fill huge pots.

All our bags sell @ R35 except Potting Soil and Bark (R40 a bag). Bulk loads can be bought from 1 m³ up to 30 m³ @ R700 a m³. Delivery to Bloemfontein is R10/bag (minimum 15 bags) or R5/bag (Minimum of 30) and R150 per cubic meter. Truck loads from 4 to 8 cubes will be R600 per load plus R680 per cube.

Our potting soil consists of organic material mixed thoroughly over an 8 week period with 20% red soil. The water retaining ability of our potting soil far exceeds those of most potting soil products on the market. Water draining from your pots won’t be clear because of all the nutrients added, manure and red soil. Not yet ready for Aug 2020.

We sell bark and wood chips for coverage and water retention.

A “must have” in August & September! If you are eager to have a green lawn within 7 days, use our lawn dressing which consists of very fine compost and 20% red soil. It fills small holes and help with the leveling of uneven areas  and is rich in nitrogen. One cubic meter can cover 200m² lawn for nutrition. If you want to use it to level your lawn, a 1m³ load will provide you coverage of 100-150m² 1cm in thickness. Water every day for 7 days.
